Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  1. No order or purchase is necessary to enter the draw.
  2. Entrants must be over 18 years old.
  3. The closing date for entries is 21st October 2009 and the draw will take place on 22nd October 2009
  4. Entry is via the online form found at www.elizabethnoble.co.uk – to enter submit your name, email address and telephone number.
  5. The winner will be notified in writing as soon as possible after the draw has taken place.
  6. The prize is a weekend break for two to New York City for two people. This includes return economy international flights from a London airport to JFK, three nights accommodation at the Hotel Metro sharing a standard mini double room on a room and continental breakfast basis on an airline as selected by Thomas Cook Signature. The winners are responsible for ensuring that their passports are valid for travel and for any necessary visas and travel insurance.
  7. The prize must be taken between January 2010 – August 2010, excluding Easter and is subject to availability of flights and hotel rooms.
  8. The stay must include a Saturday night.
  9. Prize must be taken as offered, there is no cash or other alternative, and is not transferrable.
  10. The winner will be the first entry randomly drawn.
  11. Entries are restricted to one per person.
  12. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are illegible, delayed, or not received.
  13. Those involved in the promotion and execution of the draw, employees of the company and their relatives are not eligible for entry.
  14. The prize is subject to Thomas Cook Scheduled Tour Operations Ltd normal booking conditions
  15. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. Entry into the draw is deemed as acceptance of these rules.
